MOSAICO is committed to providing employment, placement, and support services for the general population while specializing in the English as a Second Language community; to providing employers with an opportunity to utilize a culturally diverse and dependable workforce; and to providing services and education that benefits both the employer and the employees equally.

MOSAICO has positioned itself to be the multicultural recruitment agency in Erie, but also willingly serves anyone in the community who is seeking employment.
